Our Patient Reviews

Gary R.
Due to an unfortunate accident when I was young I have spent a lot of time in many dentist offices over the years. I am now in my early ‘50s. Yesterday was my first visit at Hillcrest Dental and by far this is the most professional, well organized and caring staff I have ever encountered. From the dental assistant Gladys, the hygienist Misty and the billing administration all TOP NOTCH! I am so glad my search brought me here and I would highly recommend their office!

"From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. The front desk team is friendly, professional, and efficient, they make scheduling and check-in a breeze. Nolan is incredibly thorough and gentle. You can tell they take great pride in their work and truly care about their patients. My cleaning was painless, my teeth have never felt better, and the entire office has such a calm, welcoming atmosphere."

I brought my daughter in for her first visit at this office for a routine exam and cleaning, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was so kind, patient, and thorough - explaining each step and making sure she felt comfortable the whole time. My husband is already a patient here, and after seeing the care our daughter received, I’ll be joining as well. We feel very confident knowing our family’s dental care is in such good hands. Highly recommend!

"Doctor Navaro and Sadifa are amazing. I had almost everything, from extractions to crowns, to implants. No pain at all. Very professional people and they made sure I was comfortable at every step."

"Really kind and professional staff and dentists here. I've gotten a lot of dental work done here since I moved to the area about 3 years ago, they actually got me to a point where I'm not finding a new cavity on every visit which is a first for me. They're super helpful when it comes to answering all of my questions and it's really easy to book an appointment with them - good place to get dental work done overall."

First of all I want to thank Hillcrest dental for continuing to strive for excellence in all areas. The customer service is amazing! I feel like every time I speak with them my issue becomes first priority. They have helped me with an emergency root canal and I have extremely grateful to call Hillcrest dental my dentist. Dr. Buchanan. He was wonderful and so helpful in my treatment plan and just being a kind person. Thanks again so much for the kind treatment

I went in expecting to be anxious and freaked out. The doctors and staff turned out to be so amazing that I was not anxious at all and even agreed to my first ever extractions. The doctors and staff were very nice and informative. They let me choose and alleviated all my fears. I will only allow them to touch my teeth. Excellent place. Clean. Friendly. They have the good lotion in the bathroom. lol. 5 stars isn’t enough. I would leave more if I could.

Hillcrest Dental exceeded my expectations. They took the time to listen to my concerns about past dental experiences and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. What stood out most was their honesty; they only recommended what was necessary and never tried to upsell unnecessary procedures. The entire team was attentive, respectful, and followed through exactly as promised. I left feeling confident about my care and will definitely return.

My son has Autism & is non-verbal. They asked me what would make him comfortable. They listen to everything I said, and they made sure they made him as comfortable as they could. They were patient with him and never rushed us along. When he had his dental work done I was very happy with how they explained. Also, when he was done, they even helped me put him in the car. And you get a smile as you walk in the door. I would give them 100 stars if I could
Merelyn R.
I loved my experience at this dental office! The staff and doctors were all incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They took the time to explain everything and made me feel completely at ease. The office itself is beautiful—truly breathtaking. What a hidden gem! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch dental care.

From Nolan at front desk, to dental assistant Jay and Doctor McCabe, all staff was so wonderful. Made me feel so welcome and at ease. These people know what they're doing. Dr. McCabe has wonderful bedside manner and explained what was going on throughout my whole treatment. Shout out to Esteban who also helped me with my financing options. I've been coming here for the past 4 years and trust no one else with my teeth but Hillcrest Dental. 5/5 star service always!

The free consultation was great. I had a wonderful experience with Diane, Genny, and Dr K. Every one of them took their time with me and answered all my questions. I was amazed that the doctor actually checked something for me that even my dentist just kind of had been ignoring. You just feel welcome when you deal with anybody in the office. I am looking forward to getting the procedure done here and being finally able to eat anything again!
David G.
I had an amazing experience. This was my dentist around 6 years ago and I just moved back so I was excited to get back. I was able to have Misty as my hygienest again after so many years and she was just as amazing as ever. I was very glad to meet some of the really awesome team members! Nolan, Frankie, The Dr. Hamedian, and Gladys! Every single person really made me comfortable and made experience worth it.

This was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had! As a new patient the team was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. The office was spotless and I never felt like just another patient. I felt important and heard. They also gave me excellent advice on proper dental care and my teeth feel incredibly clean and refreshed. It’s exciting to see and feel the difference in my teeth. I Highly recommend this office!
