Dr. Kasimi was raised in the Portland, Oregon, area. He attended Portland State University, graduating magna cum laude with a science degree. He then earned his dental degree from Oregon Health & Science University School of Dentistry, graduating with honors in 2013.
Dr. Kasimi has contributed to scientific research and has authored multiple studies and articles. In 2018, he moved to Las Vegas with a goal of providing compassionate, comprehensive care in a modern, state-of-the-art setting.
Committed to ongoing education, Dr. Kasimi holds advanced credentials and training, including Gold Plus Provider status with Invisalign®, along with advanced coursework in full-arch reconstruction, edentulous implant solutions, airway management through the Arrowhead Institute, and minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry. Patients appreciate his gentle approach and his focus on care guided by Hillcrest Dental’s core values.
Outside the office, Dr. Kasimi enjoys exploring Nevada, trying local restaurants, and traveling to see family and friends in California and Oregon. He is recently engaged and looks forward to marrying his fiancée, who will join Hillcrest Dental full-time after graduating from dental school in May 2025.
Dr. Mollie McCabe grew up in Iowa and later moved to Omaha, Nebraska, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Creighton University in 2004. She went on to complete her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Creighton University School of Dentistry in 2008.
After practicing in Omaha for several years, Dr. McCabe moved to the New Orleans area in 2015. In 2024, she and her family made Las Vegas their home.
Dr. McCabe values long-term relationships with her patients and believes in caring for the whole person, not just their smile. She is committed to personalized, comprehensive dental care in a warm, supportive setting.
Outside the office, she enjoys time with her husband, Ryan, their two sons, Declan and Cullen, and their dog, Roscoe.
Dr. Navarro is a compassionate general dentist who earned their Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at USC. They also hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Spanish from the University of Portland. As a proud Mexican American and first-generation college graduate, Dr. Navarro brings a personal, patient-first approach to care.
Dr. Navarro is committed to helping you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in—especially if you feel nervous about dental visits. They focus on clear communication, strong relationships, and treatment plans tailored to your needs, so you always feel supported and cared for like family.
Outside the office, Dr. Navarro enjoys camping, hiking, traveling, and singing along to favorite songs. Have a favorite travel spot? Share it with them at your next visit.
Dr. Brakkon Garrett was born and raised in Cedar City, Utah, and is the oldest of five brothers. He earned his degree in Nutrition from Southern Utah University and completed dental school at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, graduating in 2022.
Dr. Garrett is focused on making each visit as comfortable as possible. He takes time to explain your options in a clear, easy way, so you feel informed and confident about your care.
Outside the office, Dr. Garrett enjoys time with family, playing video games, working out, and cheering for whatever team LeBron is playing for.
Dr. Malak Hamedian is a compassionate, detail-focused dentist dedicated to high-quality care in a comfortable, welcoming setting. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in Kentucky and brings a strong clinical foundation to every visit.
Originally from the metro Detroit area, Dr. Hamedian values genuine relationships and takes time to help patients feel at ease. She is known for her careful attention to detail and her thoughtful, patient-centered approach.
Dr. Hamedian is committed to continuing education and staying current with the latest advancements in dentistry. Outside the office, she enjoys exploring new restaurants and cafés around Las Vegas and spending time with her cat, Mia. She married fellow dentist Dr. Kasimi in June 2025, and together they share a passion for dentistry, growth, and lifelong learning.
